We do not accept returns on any orders since they are custom made to your specifications, but if there is an error or damage please contact us and we will replace it.

Cancellations on foiled artwork can only be made within 8 hours after purchase.

Will ship out within 1-3 business days. 

Keep in mind USPS doesn't guarantee delivery. Please order at least 2 weeks before your upcoming event. If you are ordering outside the US, we recommend ordering at least 3-4 weeks in advance. We are not responsible for any delays due to the post office.

The foiling process is done by hand—not mass produced—which makes your art unique. There might be some minor imperfections (small black specks), which is normal and can be expected in a handmade process. Those imperfections will not be very noticeable.
